Subject: Unemployment litigation — your response is appreciated!
8/9/21
Hello again, Mr. Johanson,
I didn’t receive a response to my email, attached below. Did I miss it?
I really hope I don’t have to become Donna Quixote and file a lawsuit myself!
Please feel free to respond by email or post directly at the new site:

Thank you,

My 7/22/21 first email to attorney Johanson:
7/22/21: Requested assistance with unemployment issues from 18 Arizona consumer lawyers — NO takers!
No wonder you’re not getting any takers. You’ve been contacting consumer lawyers when you need to be contacting those who specialize in employment law. Therein lies the issue. If any lawyer wanted to pursue this they would’ve done so months back.
Nate, it would have been EXTREMELY helpful if others helped a little and got the filings from the OTHER states. And it so happens that the filings I found from Ohio were filed by Dann Law, a CONSUMER law firm:
https://www.dannlaw.com/
THAT is what consumer lawyers are SUPPOSED to do. Fight for CONSUMER RIGHTS.
Could you explain to me why an “employment” lawyer would know anything about suing the state and Ducey? None of the claims have ANYTHING to do with employment. All of MY claims revolve around the DES INCOMPETENCE and Ducey’s decision to withhold federal benefits.
I do appreciate your thoughts, but it would have been much better if you had responded to my post requesting help etc., discussing what we need to do. Now attorney Johanson’s topic is messed up.
And THAT is the primary reason nothing ever gets done. I spent HUNDREDS of hours setting up this site and ORGANIZING. Can you maybe repost in a more appropriate topic, as it is important to discuss?
Thanks!
Did you notice that at the TOP of the site is a MENU and there is a link titled “Organizing a lawsuit”

Don’t you think that would be a much more appropriate topic to discuss which type of lawyer to contact?
