Ohio court of appeals remands to consider additional evidence in federal unemployment benefits lawsuit

… The court didn’t order the reinstatement of the benefits but did order the Trial Court Judge to consider additional evidence of the harm to beneficiaries and public policy by denying the injunction that we sought. …
